International Crew Cab

Saw one of these a few years ago at an IH get-together and it had been totally restored and it was just fantastic.

1968 International Harvester Shortbed Crewcab 4x4 Project!!! All original including the 345 V8 that was completely rebuilt 5 years ago. It has a manual transmission. I fired it up about 6 months ago and it ran good, but is a project. I have over $400 in new brake parts that haven't been installed on it yet. The previous owner started to rewire the dash so that is all apart at the moment. This is a project truck but it wont take much because it is complete. Very solid, some rust around rear bumper on both sides, other than that it is in good condition. Only dent is under right rear taillight and that can be popped out easily, very straight truck with original paint. I have an extra windshield to go with as well. Heavy duty "Warn" winch mounted on the front bumper. All chrome present and in good condition. Trying to restore the Mach 1 otherwise I would keep this one. I have seen what these trucks go for in worse condition. If I keep and finish truck price will go up. These trucks are really cool when finished, perfect for the collector. Sorry no trades

Another real beauty but beautiful in an brutal, ugly way that I have always liked.  A sharp looking 1968 International pickup 4X4. My oh my....

What a beautiful truck - For sale a 1964 Dodge Power Wagon 4x4, Flat fender, WM300. Truck has a new crate O.E. 251 engine installed-runs & drives. Bed is from a 1951 Dodge Powerwagon B-3-PW and is not bolted on. Bed needs some work--hadn't gotten that far, but it's not terribly bad. Fenders do have some cancer but it not bad compared to some I have seen. Have the Braden winch & bumper for the front, running boards for the bed sides (missing in the picture), 2 extra wheels & tires. Also have the original motor -- has blown head gasket. Tires on the truck are new. Seat has been re-upholstered, no head liner (have original headline but not in the best of shape). 12 Volt system and syncromesh tranny (shifts like regular truck). Cab has been repainted, have all emblems, glass is all good. Bolt the bed on and drive as is or finish where I left off.

Speaking of Old Fords....

Came across this site a couple of weeks ago and have spent a lot of time drooling and cleaning my keyboard. Joe's Trucks in Vancouver, Washington specializes in restoring 1973 - 1979 Ford trucks and damn, it looks like they do one hell of a job. About 24 hours after winning the lottery, I would be giving Joe a call. Here are a couple of the Ford's he has for sale right now.

I emailed Joe last week just because it was driving me crazy and I needed to know how many pennies I needed to save. My email said, "The old saying is probably true, if you have to ask, you probably can't afford it but..." and he got right back to me. Yes, these trucks are not cheap but after thinking about it for a week, they are a hell of a great deal when you figure that with these trucks, you could actually crawl under the hood and work on the engine. Tons of spares around if you need parts and in my opinion, they have never made a better looking truck than these mid to late 70's Fords.

Check out his site for other trucks and vehicles for sale. If Joe is looking to buy some ad space, I am sure we could work out a deal!!
